I think it is important for brides, grooms and their families to see a venue dressed for a wedding when possible. In many cases it is not possible and not allowed. I always suggest that a bride at least ask. What I have heard from brides is that sometimes photos do not do the venue justice and they want to see it in person. Point well taken. The Wedding Experience hosted at the Orion Ballroom certainly allowed its guest to see what a beautiful venue it is. My team and I designed and created the decor for the evening.
